E80 Group Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs) integrate and optimize intralogistics operations-from raw material entry to total warehouse and shipment management - ensuring a high level of efficiency and safety within every production plant and distribution center, both greenfield and brownfield, reducing time, cost and margin of error. Reliable and flexible, they can be used in different production sectors: mainly beverage, food and tissue, but also in ceramics, plastics, wood, personal and home care. AGVs and LGVs are designed to integrate, interconnect and enhance the flows guaranteeing flexibility and safety. These vehicles automate warehousing operations preventing bottlenecks within VNAs, block storage, selective, double-deep, gravity rack, easy storage, twin-load and drive-in storage systems, including high-bay warehouses. SM.I.LE80 software coordinates movements and intralogistics flows, dialoguing with the customer's ERP and ensuring real-time and remote supervision of the entire solution. Equipped with additional devices aligned with the standards set by international regulations, our systems increase factories and distribution centers' safety level. All vehicles are powered by lithium-ion Flash Battery with induction charging. This reduces charging time while increasing plant efficiency and performance.
