PPWR in practice – what’s happened?
One year after the high-profile debate at Empack, it’s time for a follow-up: where do we stand today? This session explores how companies can meet the requirements of the EU’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation in a cost-effective way, with a focus on circular solutions, the role of consumers, and the importance of a holistic value chain perspective.
“Cut the crap” – what actually works?
How do we move from well-crafted statements to real impact? This is a straightforward and honest session about what truly makes a difference. It focuses on prioritizing the right actions, managing trade-offs between business, customer demands, and climate—and having the courage to discard what doesn’t hold up. Concrete examples of material choices, circular solutions, and ways of working that have driven real change will be highlighted, along with how to bring the entire organization along in the transition.
