Lena is an industrial designer and professor in inclusive design. She has worked with packaging design since the 1980s and conducted hundreds of user studies forming the basis for successful product development.
For many years, Lena Lorentzen has collaborated with the Swedish Rheumatism Association and is responsible for the tests. She has also developed the unique testing method on which the Association’s Easy to use certification is based.
