      Movexx Electric Tugs

Movexx electric tugs makes it easy to move heavy loads on wheels. Whether you are moving trolleys, hospital beds, industrial carts, roll containers or other objects on wheels, Movexx electric tugs makes it possible without any physical effort. An electric tug from Movexx moves loads across a single level. Therefore, the load has to be placed on something with wheels, such as a trolley or a scissor lift table with wheel chassis. Its operation relies on electric traction. Once the load is attached to the Movexx electric tug, it generates downward pressure on the wheel through the lever effect. Electric traction generated by this force is what makes it possible to move heavy materials. All electric tugs from Movexx are powered by a powerful and efficient electric motor, which changes heavy material handling into an easy and light task. EdmoLift is the sole distributor for Movexx electric tugs on the Nordic market. PRODUCT FEATURES Extremely user-friendly, no certificate or license is needed to operate the machines. Protection class IP44. Wide range of accessories. Speed and acceleration are programmable for free, before delivery, to suit the user’s needs. The Movexx TT1000-T will be available for testing at Empack 2025.

    2. NEW GENERATION OF PUNCTURE-RESISTANT MONOPE FLEXIBLE PACKAGING REPLACING MULTILAYER STRUCTURES

NEW GENERATION OF PUNCTURE-RESISTANT MONOPE FLEXIBLE PACKAGING REPLACING MULTILAYER STRUCTURES

Enplater Group, in collaboration with SM Resinas and Dow, introduces a new generation of flexible packaging based on a predominantly polyethylene (MonoPE) structure, developed to replace traditional multilayer solutions such as PA/PE or PET/PE, while maintaining mechanical performance and improving compatibility with PE recycling streams. The main added value of this innovation lies in its ability to deliver functional equivalence in terms of mechanical strength, particularly puncture and impact resistance, which are critical factors in demanding applications such as fatty products, sharp-edged items, or heavy-weight formats. This new generation of MonoPE addresses the circularity requirements driven by European regulations and the need to reduce multi-material structures, offering the market a technically robust, industrially viable alternative designed to meet current industry demands, particularly in sectors such as meat, cheese, frozen foods, and ready meals suitable for microwave heating under defined conditions. Unlike conventional laminated structures made from heterogeneous materials, this solution has been formulated to enhance compatibility with polyethylene recycling streams, simplify structural architecture, and preserve production efficiency across different packaging lines as much as possible. Integrated high-barrier performance The structure allows for the incorporation of high-barrier systems compatible with recognized recyclability criteria, maintaining appropriate levels of protection against oxygen and moisture according to the specific requirements of each application. This capability extends its range of use to segments traditionally reserved for PA and/or PET-based structures, without compromising functionality or food safety standards. Thermal performance and functionality The material has been engineered to provide stable performance in microwaveable applications.

      Packaging manuals

In our manuals you find design guidelines and in-depth information about the recycling and design of circular packaging. Read about how the choice of materials, colors and labels can affect the recyclability of a package and what choices you should make to contribute to increased circularity. We have manuals for plastic, paper, metal and glass packaging. Use them to make informed choices when designing or selecting packaging. The manuals are available to everyone who is affiliated with the Näringslivets Producentansvar.
