Every visitor wears a name badge containing digital information, including contact details and company information.
Make it easy for visitors to remember their visit to your stand. When a visitor scans their name badge at your reader, you don’t just receive their contact details – they receive yours too.
After the event, you’ll receive a list of warm leads who have actively opted in to continued communication. This allows you to continue the relationship long after the event.
The reader is included in your EasyGo package, and you can customise the sign for your reader to align with your goals.
With the Easyfairs Nordics app, you can scan visitors’ name badges wherever you are at the event.
You can also make meetings more efficient by adding pre-defined questions that your stand staff can easily work through during conversations.
The app also allows you to invite visitors to your stand. It makes networking easier before, during and after the event.
