Packnorth Award is the competition where innovation, functionality and form in packaging design meet. The competition is open to all packaging used in the Nordic market – here designers, engineers and material experts get the opportunity to showcase their best work and compete with the best in the industry.
The session is aimed at those who want to participate in the competition, gain insight into the selection process and understand how the competition can create new contacts and collaborations in the industry. You will receive practical information on how to submit your packaging, what criteria apply, and how to increase your chances of being nominated or winning.
The shortlisted entries will be announced in September and will then compete in the final at Empack in Stockholm on 30 September 2026, where the winners will be revealed. All entrants will receive visibility in the industry publication Packnews, while the winners will be awarded a diploma, a winner’s decal and special attention in both media and marketing.
Esbjörn Olofsson and Packnews editor-in-chief Bo Wallteg will present the winners of the Packnorth Award of the Year.
