The global economic situation and the Swedish economy<\/p>\n\n
Over the past two decades, global trade and globalisation have undergone major changes. Today, political support for free trade and globalisation appears to be weakening \u2013 something that could have significant implications for an open economy like Sweden. \n \nWe are facing a new set of economic challenges. What do the current developments in the global economy mean for individual countries? And how should Sweden respond when we cannot control the major global forces shaping the economy? \n \nThese are the questions I will explore during the seminar.<\/p>\n\n
